White, Blurry, Foggy, Glitchy Screen

I have yet to even see a visible screen in this game. I load the game then the screen immedietly goes white with a few patchy spots that are blurry. I assume a cut scene is playing upon the first time playing the game because I can hear the audio perfectly fine but NO PICTURE and it is incredibly irritating knowing that I just spent $19.99 on a game that I can’t even see or play. I am running the game on my MacBook Pro 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 along with iOS Maverick OS X Version 10.9. PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
